RE: THREE WAY
TEACHERS AND STUDENTS
A three way conference between Parent/Teacher/Student will be held on Tuesday 3rd February 2009 at the school from 3.15 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Your child has been asked to book appointments on your behalf in advance with the subject teachers.
At the meeting, you will be able to discuss the academic progress, targets and grades of your child/ward with subject teachers. Prefects will be on duty to assist parents. Please bring your child/ward along with you.
We request you to spend NOT MORE THAN TEN MINUTES with each teacher. If you or the teacher wish to have further discussion, another appointment can be made for a later date.
Attendance by parents to such meetings is extremely important. Please make every effort to attend and keep your appointment.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter by returning the slip below to the class tutor.
